|About our forms:
- Our On- line forms do not ask for payment. When
you submit the form, you will receive a
confirmation sent to the email address written on
- You will then receive a Paypal Invoice. You do not
need a Paypal account. The invoice will direct you
on how to proceed for payment. We accept any
credit card that Paypal will accept, or you may use
an Echeck. If using an Echeck, your payment can
be delayed by several days. No registration is
complete until the payment is received.
- The on-line forms will ask you if you are planning
to attend other events. If you answer yes, you still
must fill out the form for the other event you want
to attend. When we receive your form, we will wait
to receive any other forms before issuing the
invoice. We will then invoice you for all events, in

else if paying for YOU, the form will ask that, too.
When you answer yes, we will wait for the forms
to arrive for each registration involved, before
sending the invoice. PLEASE FILL IN A
SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH PERSON, WHEN
PAYING FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE on-line
- Print-and-Mail means just that.... these are PDF
forms, that you can print. Please include your
check or money order with your mail-in forms.
The Day of Sharing form will allow up to 4 people
on one form. However, for class forms, please fill
out a separate form for each person participating
in the class. One check or money order can be
sent to cover everyone, if desired.
- WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS FOR MAIL-IN
REGISTRATIONS OR ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS.
